Second time I've ordered from Dessert Steel. Love the products. Unfortunately, the latest two I ordered had some sort of manufacturing flaw. One of the numbered spikes would not seat properly for both of the agaves I ordered. Same numbered spike in each case. I went ahead and put them together without the one spke each and notified Desert Steel. They asked that I provide pictures of the unusable spikes, which I did. That was the last I heard on the matter. The sculpures still look good, but I'm a little put off that once I provided those pictures, that was the last I heard. Not even a thank you for sending the pix. Not the biggest deal, but kind of unprofessional.

We ordered several sculptures from Desert Steel, and I can't say enough good things about them. For one, they look exactly like the photos; how often does that happen these days? For another, the order of assembly is actually cut into each front so there's no question about how to put it together. That's real professionalism. Finally, everything was packaged extremely well. This was a true 5-star purchase.
