I started these bags on the same day as 8 other vendors. They came packaged well and were all sterile. I did not lose a single bag. Used liq culture to start them. These colonized first. When finished the 3 lb bag yielded close to 1lb of truffles. These smoked any other bag. These bags perform!! Don’t buy anywhere else.
