Very high quality. Overall happy with it. One problem is if you fill the bag to the brim, the two straps are slightly too far apart, and the flap doesn’t lie flat. It bends and as a result doesn’t look as professional. But that’s only when you really stuff it! We still love it and is an everyday office item.
