I ordered this as a late Christmas present for my husband, didn't realise that it would be made to order so cancelled fearing it wouldn't arrive in time, nevertheless I was contacted to say that it had arrived if I still wanted it. I reordered late in the afternoon, the bag was dispatched immediately and arrived the next. Lovely bag, quality leather would highly recommend the company and their service to anyone.
