Wheels Non-Locking (Element)

Bad design

I purchased new wheels because 3 of the 4 were frozen due to corrosion. When I tried to remove the old wheels, the bolts just spun inside the plastic housing in the wheel base making it impossible to remove. The only fix now is to also purchase an entire new wheel base.
