Blackened Grilled Chicken & Brown Rice

Great macro split, but the chicken and rice tends to be a bit dry and could use a sauce or more seasoning.

Very good and cooked perfectly nice combination personally not crazy about black, but that’s on me.

Love this meal and every other lean and mean meal. Happy for the brown rice option.
