Tight waistband

The fabric is unlike other OV leggings I own. Unfortunately the waistband has very little stretch so the legs fit but far too tight at the waist. Returned.

Run small

Material seems fine, but I ordered my normal size (small) and I can’t even get the waist over my hips. For reference, I’m 5’4” and 112 lb.
