Cute design, disappointing quality

I was really excited about this keychain because Glossier accessories are usually some of my favorite products. Unfortunately, this one felt disappointing compared to previous releases. The design is adorable, but the quality doesn't match what I expected from the brand. The acrylic feels very lightweight, the hardware doesn't feel particularly durable, and the overall product lacks the premium feel that past Glossier accessories have had. I was also surprised by the paper sleeve it comes in—it feels quite cheap and gets damaged very easily, especially during shipping. I still love the concept, but I think this accessory could have been made with much better materials.
