Gave the product four stars. Have purchased other back rest for different bikes from you guys in the past and had a much easier time with the installation. Written directions, lacked continuity and almost seemed incomplete. Also, my hardware was not marked with the white hashmarks, that indicated where I needed to place them. Once I got the installation done, was satisfied with the product. Maybe a YouTube video guys.
