The color received is not like the color in the picture. I wanted a neon orange and this color is NOT neon orange

This is a nice color and polish on its own, however I bought this to match the Shocker dip powder and the shades do not match at all! Very disappointing to think I am ordering the same shade and they come out as two completely different colors :(
