I absolutely love this product! After an error with my order and a sample pomade accidentally got mixed in my box, I emailed Tareva. She ALWAYS responds to me quickly. I expressed my concerns and sent pictures. Tareva immediately apologized, was very empathetic, and sent me another pomade for free. Tareva was very grateful that I gave her the opportunity to correct my order. Not only was my order fulfilled, I received my new pomade fast. Tareva sent me another thank you note and told me thank you for allowing her to make it right! I absolutely love these products and I’m so happy I found this business. King Pomade is where it’s at. I highly recommend this product! Being a light skinded, blond haired fellow, and newer to the short hair game. I don’t like that white people or Latino pomade is all petroleum based.. I stumbled on this and absolutely love it! It’s beeswax based and all natural oils that are just what I need/want in a pomade. A lil dab does it! Thank you Queen for your service. Keep up the good work
