These double pointed needles for making small things like socks are amazing! I look forward to using them on light colored yarns as they are nearly black in color. They are so light in the hands! I like the bulb-shaped tips as they glide easily through yarn. The texture of the needle is delicately roughened, just enough to keep the yarn in place. I well order a set in the light color to work dark colored yarns.
