Return Policy and Tarrifs

To start I don’t have a problem with the CNC. In fact I haven’t even opened it. In general I try to purchase products directly from companies rather than Amazon. However in this case it didn’t work out. After I received the CNC I determined I need a more robust machine for the work I want to do. I contacted FA hoping they would be flexible on their return policy since I want to trade up to the XE-Pro. However, they wouldn’t budge on the 20% restocking fee. Also I just received an invoice from UPS for the tariff on shipping from China. FA’s competitors seem to have better return policies. So now I’m selling the CNC on eBay and feel like I’ll purchase a competitor product. For clarity, I read the return policy before purchase. I am just surprised by their lack of flexibility when I want to spend more money with them. You should also know China doesn’t pay the tariffs….

Almost great

Overall this is a great product even with the standard 60W spindle. What I can say about it that I don't like, is that somehow one day by moving the command unit, the limit switches connector got a little loose and lost the ability to home one X axis. Had to search for a good half an hour until I figured out that the problem were the connectors from the command unit. Those can be made sturdier. I would have liked the cables to be all on the back panel of the command unit, but it's not a huge problem. I would add a protective cover to the probe to protect it's wiring better and make those more rigid. Hope to attach some videos soon.
