Your customer service is outstanding. The XXL was 1/2 size too small. I was ready to return it for the XXXL but you advised me to keep the XXL and I received the XXXL which fits perfectly even when I wear a sport coat underneath. I've been looking for a 3/4 driving coat for the spring weather and this jacket looks and feels top notch. I will see what other items are in your catalog and make another purchase soon. Steve
