ICD Makeup Luminous Glow Cushion

Wow. Im pleasantly impressed. 66yo who's tried everything, blended all forms of foundations trying to get this blurred flawless velvet texture. It is natural look with a well-balanced coverage that sinks into skin beautifully while leaving a soft, not dewy, glow. It literally brightens up your skin. I am light- medium (more medium) neutral tone w a slight lean into olive, warm tint. I purchased 21 for cooler months and 23 for spring. I may go one additional darker for summer while staying in the same neutral range. I bronze it up for conturing if needed. Also, i did not prime and surprisingly, do not itch.

The makeup seems dry unlike all my former ones were wet went on smooth.
