ICD Two-Phase Oil Mist

I ordered on June 11th and its been a month now and I am atill awaiting my order. Last communication with customer support via email was on June 23rd after which I wrote 2 emails and haven’t received a reply. On the tracking it states label was created on June 19th. Not sure if this order will ever reach me or if I’ll get a response! Can anyone help? Product is good - I’m using the skincare line. After this review I received an email stating I would get a refund of my total amount. Additionaly for the inconvenience they would give me a 6 month supply of product. It has been 10 working days since, I haven’t receieved my refund amount. Can anyone look into this urgently. Can I get my refund that has been billed since June 11th
