Came out of the packaging smelling like a freshly potted plant! Cool to the touch, and I love the color. I took a nap with it immediately, and the first night with it was very comfortable.

Only ok. Arrived smelling moldy & mildewy and let customer service know immediately but they did not respond in any way. The king sized cotton is around $400 and I expect more for this price point than opening a box and being beyond disappointed. I wanted to love my whole experience but didn’t.
