Too small, no response

I’m a European 39, but these shoes were just about the length of my feet. If I wore thicker socks, they’d definitely be too tight. I wrote to customer service asking for advice about whether I should get a size up, but got no response, so, unfortunately, I returned the shoes for a refund. I really liked this pair and was sad I couldn’t keep them. I have shoes of different European brands (Spanish, German, Italian, British, French, Danish, etc) and none fit so close to the size of my feet.

Wish I could give zero stars

Received request for review but still haven’t received the order more than two weeks after placing, and haven’t received responses to my inquiries to Coolway or the shipping company.

Poor customer service

Need to return these shoes but they will not respond to any emails.
