It shows that it is still sitting in a warehouse in Dallas.

Poor customer service
I submitted my exchange for a larger size. I then received notification of delivery and did not receive my order. I have emailed on 2 separate occasions and not heard back. I chatted with the online ai option and was told someone would reach out and have yet to hear from anyone.
