Living in Toronto, I had the unfortunate experience of having my bike and original Signature H bag, that I had just bought a few months earlier, stolen as part of a very unfortunate incident. When I went to replace my bag and mentioned the story, Arkel without question offered me a discount. They didn’t need to do this but they did. Will never buy a bag from anyone else!
