Unresponsive exchange response

My sneakers came skuffed up and not new. When I requested to exchange I did not receive any response.

Decent

Took a long time to arrive. Not super comfortable but okay for shorter wear like shopping or out for lunch. These take a bit to adapt to your foot. The tongue needs a lot of adjustment as it’s suede and sticks/rolls. Great color choices so I liked that.

Came with an extra pair of laces. Super cute and unique shoe. Not sure if they are worth quite as much as they cost :/
