Definitely a good experience. I don't like coffee but need a morning pick me up. I'd tried caffeinated bars before, but then I got Invisalign so it's inconvenient to have to remove my trays to eat, then brush my teeth and replace the trays. I don't have to do that with caffeine melts. These are easy, convenient, and effective. They give me the burst of energy I need without a crash. I do wish there was an option for a higher mg of caffeine but without the B vitamins. I already get enough B vitamins so I don't want to overdo it and get too much elsewhere.
