Another nice reproduction printing of George Macdonald,some of his older printed books are so rare and expensive along with some of the “easier found”. Making wise path books a good choice for collecting some of his works . The book is nice ,packed well, it is as described and pictured . I have made purchases on several books here and always pleased with each thank you

So Far, So Good!
I'm only roughly a 100 pages or so into this work, but all ready there are tensions and foreshadowing present that are clearly going to develop into some interesting reading in the next 600 pages. The dialect takes some getting accustomed to, but certain words are emphasized in different contexts which eventually makes for easier reading. It is easy to see why C. S. Lewis references this work with regard to his own!
