Excellent Product

I have been using this in a few brews, but I have been most impressed with what it did to some 100% corn Tito's! Just six weeks, and I have a beautiful caramel color. The medium toast level is too low for bourbon-esque adventures, but definitely imparts oaky tannins and dryness.

Works very nice in my Zinfandel wine two spirals in five gallons
