Garage Hefe Lager

Not one of my most successful brews! Followed recipe to the letter and allowed 13 days to ferment & dry hop.. I kegged (10L) & bottled the remainder. Preferred the bottles (good maturation). Bottled on 13 May & tried bottles 03 June - 3 weeks.. Yes, much better than my keg. Will try this again later in the year when the weather improves for drinking lagers! Will send reviews of my other purchases shortly! Cheers
