Good Yeast

Used SafAle US-05 to make a Balta copy and with a Black Rock XPA extract. It was the recommended yeast in both cases. I was impressed with how low the specific gravity went, down around 1. 005 in both cases which would imply that the yeast was very effective. In both brews I had added Maltodextrin which prevented even greater conversion.
