I add this to my smoothie each day just for a protein boost. But because of my other ingredients I use 1 and a 1/2 spoons. Also that way I get more servings out of it as I find it’s very expensive for the amount of servings you get. I also am happy with the taste

Great - didn't need milk or anything, just dissolving in hot water. It's my favourite because it's a mild enough taste I can blend it in with other things, including a long black coffee, and delicious enough I sometimes used it as a hot drink / hot choc alternative at night.
