Gladfield Pilsner Malt

Great malt for lighter style beers. Have used it to for a partial mash (instead of LDME) and also as a base malt for an all grain lager. Both are still undergoing secondary fermentation, but taste tests and colour are very promising. The sugar yield (change in SG) from the mash (67deg) was as expected given my relatively simple mash process..

Top Quality Malt

A great clean plump malt that I used as the base malt for a stomper clone. My legion of followers said its the best beer I have ever brewed. I attribute this to top quality ingredients, provided by beerco and superb brewing technique.

Drop some pils this weekend

Clean and fresh with low dust. Mills well, and appears to extract well in the mash. Wort is a great light colour. Two pilsner style brews fermenting atm so hope my recipes do the grain justice. Will buy again :)
