Great taste, very smooth. Brews like a white with a sheng twist. If the piece you're brewing is still held together, or if you're brewing the dragonball variant, I recommend brewing at boiling until it breaks opens up and you're getting full flavor, then going down to 93c / 200f until you feel the flavor is dwindling, at which point I bring it back up to boiling with longer brews to get the last bit of flavor out.
