I could not ask for a better kit for sure and you can’t beat the price at all!

Spot on with the title

You get what you pay for my lifts have improved greatly especially my squats I’m 195 with a size medium. If you have a bigger foot I don’t recommend trying to slide the knee sleeves on with shoes on or it could tear.
