I’m beyond satisfied with the quality and value this kit offers. I’ve already increased my squat by 50lbs just adding in the belt and am pushing 15lbs more on incline dumbbell press with the wrist straps. Highly highly recommend!

I love this belt it’s definitely high quality which was my biggest worry. Once you fit the belt the latch just locks you in and it’s perfect for how i train.
