This yarn is so soft and amazing to work with. And the customer service is great! I misplaced my pattern and couldn't redownload it from my email so I reached out. Within a couple of hours I had the pattern ready to go again. Thanks for your hard work and kindness!

The yarn is nice and soft, but unfortunately, out of the five skins one of the skins was so entangled and matted. I can’t use it and then now I’m on skiing number three both the other skins have broken yarn. It was not together. It is not a good batch I’m very disappointed and worried. I won’t have enough yarn to finish my sweater.

Don't forget to download the pattern. Customer service is the best!

I didn't download the right size pattern they REALLY SHOULD include all sizes in the original pattern instead of having to find the larger sizes. I needed the 2xl Well there's an update Gotta love the customer service at Sierra Yarns ❤️❤️ They saw my post and sent me they new instructions for the size needed. Just so amazed with the attention to the details. What an amazing experience !!
