Ordered from Vexan, and the first fishing rod I received arrived broken in transit. I reached out to customer service to explain what happened, and they immediately helped me out and sent a replacement. When the new rod showed up, complete and in perfect condition, I was ready to head straight out and start fishing. Big thank you to Ben for reaching out and taking care of everything. I’ll be sure to give an update soon on how the rod performs.
