I ordered a bucket of paint from them recently. Me, not being a Professional painter and ordering paint for the very first time, I had no idea what I need to put in to get the right color. I just googled what I need and then just placed the order. Embarrassingly, I hadn't known that you need to separately put in the color tint. I got confused. And obviously I got the wrong paint. I opened it up and I didn't even realize that the color is wrong until I started painting a little bit of the wall, and I'm like 'okay' Maybe it will turn that grey color once it's dry l o l. I became hysterical after realizing that no, the color is white. I right away called the conpany. Someone very friendly answered the phone, and I said that I can just return it. That's service! I will definitely buy more from them again.
