If Sriracha and yuzu koshou had a baby, this sauce is probably it. there's a faint, pleasant fermented note (not unlike kimchi), accented by strong citrus notes. The spiciness is mellow and there's a good bit of salt in there. Great for marination for grilled pork and stir fries. Also has great synergy with lighter Asian soup/noodle/stew dishes. We've decided to retire our shichimitogarashi after receiving this. Really good buy

Wonderful. I've fermented my own hot sauce, but I've never achieved such a flavor. This is a great blend of mild heat, umami, and somehow a CELERY-type, bright flavor. I want to try all varieties of Kanzuri, now. Don't shy away from this if you can't tolerate spicy food. The heat is in the background. So good!

Love it
I used it to add more spiciness to my miso soup and nabe. Taste wonderful. As a south east asian person, I think the spiciness would be on a mild side. This is for me more to improve the flavor than to add for the real heat.
