Quilted Gold Hinged Bracelet

I had been eyeing this bracelet for a while, but finally decided to take the plunge after wanting a companion for my new tennis bracelet. I love the ergonomic design (oval vs. the traditional round bangle), the hinge feature (making it very easy to put on and take off), and the simple and classic quilted pattern. (I even managed to get it during a 20% off sale!) I've been wearing pretty much everyday for the last month (which is how long I have had it for). I definitely recommend it.

The clasp keeps coming undone. Please advise on next steps for repair or refund.

I love this hinge bracelet. The quilting detail is exquisite. The bracelet is excellent quality and beautiful. This is the third piece jewelry that I have purchased from Aurate and I have not been disappointed. They are top rate.
