Finally! A 1 carb/10g protein noodle that works.

I have tried most all 'low carb' options for pasta. At this point in life, pasta is no longer an enjoyable option for me. So, I have looked for a noodle to be a 'carrier' for soup flavor and for my sauces. These egg white noodles do just that - they don't have a weird texture or taste and yes, they add some protein. And, there is no cooking. I just put them in my bowl, cover with sauce, and that's it. So easy, and I feel full. Try them!

Best Noodle Substitute with no carbs

Best noodle substitute on the market. Not rubbery or no weird flavors like shirataki/Konjak noodles. If I have to rinse for 10 minutes to get rid of funk. . . . no thanks. These are soft but you don't need to cook. Just toss in warm sauce and enjoy.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great these were! One pouch provided 2 servings for me when paired with spaghetti sauce with meat. The texture was really like that of regular pasta noodles and will be a great alternative to regular pasta!
