Diced Yellow Peaches

Disappointing

I was ready to love these dried peach pieces, but was disappointed when I sampled them. The color was a washed out yellowish and the opened bag had a strange, non-fruit-like smell. The taste was very bland, with no tang or obvious sweetness. Perhaps with a bit of added sugar would boost the taste to be more peach-like. Texture was good, tender and moist but not overly so. Perhaps the peach variety or process was the problem. No matter, these were just not peachy enough for me.

Love both the dried peaches and dried pears - i add them to my oatmeal ❤️

Ready to use in baking or to be eaten as they are!

.I have always bought the slices previously, and thoroughly enjoyed them. Since I plan to do more baking this winter, I decided to try these already diced. The diced peaches are delicious eaten as they are, if that is what you are planning. They will be great in trail mixes and granola. They are ready to use, no further chopping needed, for any baking use. They are delicious!
