It cuts…
Sorry but the original was much better. Unfortunately, my original cracked and I had to order this one. Out of the package it had a rusted appearance and much thinner/flimsy feeling than the original… a point each because it cuts and the company has fast shipping.

All of KamSnaps products are wonderful. I have the 2.5, 10 and 17mm cutting tools and love them. Plus, the customer service is outstanding!

2.5 mm hole cutter works great
So glad to have this as it makes making holes for rivets so much faster and it's easy to see where the hole will be.
