I love my necklace!
I’ve had the double hearts necklace for at least 5 years, my toddler broke my chain and I was so sad. Thankfully you can get a replacement chain and they will fix it for you! Send the broken one in and they send the fixed one back to you! So easy. Communication was great! Such an amazing company and super sweet people!

Chain replacement
I was amazed at how fast my necklace came back fixed! I was so bummed when it broke, and Lindsy was very responsive when I inquired about getting it fixed! Thank you for making my favorite necklace like new again. ♥️
