So grateful!
My chain broke a few months ago & I was heartbroken as my necklace has my angel baby's name on it. I contacted Leila asking what to do in hopes they could help. I had no idea replacement chains were available. Customer service was WONDERFUL. They knew I was having difficulty getting their emails so they called me for updates/to answer questions. I was able to send my bar back to them to add the replacement chain. The turnaround time was so quick!! I am so thankful to have my necklace back & fixed. I am still just as in love with it as I was the day I got it. Thank you again!!!
