QRNT Slim Smart Ring

I love the ring, Ive only worn it one full day in a medical office and it's scratched but not terrible so I will probably wear a covver for it at work to prevent further and sport the gold on weekends. Love the fit and look. Very sleek and slim compared to a different brand I've had.

My ring stopped working within a week of wearing it. I contacted customer service and they put the blame on me saying the battery was damaged by high pressure or movement and that they would do a one time replacement and any future damage would not be covered under warranty. I would understand if I had the ring longer than a week that I would only get one replacement, but to put the blame on me after just wearing the ring around my house doing nothing physical. Sounds like I just got a bad ring and Qalo is not taking accountability.

I have been trying to grt in tough with Qalo for 2 weeks. Ive been wearing my ring since Dec. All of the sudden 3 weeks ago it does not charge. Charger its self seems fine as it charges my ring that is to small. Light on the ouside of case works fine and the charger for my smaller ring also doesnt charge my “dead” ring. I cannot for the life of me get any response or find a phone number for anyone to help warrently this ring from Qalo. So not abljt the ring although sad that it wont charge. More about customer service which seems non existant.
