The 2011 Liu Bao Dark Tea is a specimen defined by its complexity and high extraction velocity. The organoleptic profile is dominated by the metabolic byproducts of solid-state fermentation, manifesting as deep earthy and swamp-adjacent markers. The tea exhibits an exceptionally high solute transfer coefficient, necessitating near-instantaneous draining to maintain the balance between its high-viscosity grounding profile and the potential for bitter extraction. The longitudinal stability is robust, with the material remaining chemically active through seven or more infusions. Its functional utility is characterized by a significant, sustained soothing effect.

Earthy and leafy.
It's actually kinda of savory.
Goes really well with food lol
I drink tea all day long every single day.
This one is just a good drink but not one I'd use for a "tea session".
