Colombia Pink Bourbon

Never had a coffee from brewtus i didn't love. This was a unique one, pretty light body, not quite tea-like but close. Perfect sweetness, acidity isn't in your face, but its just tart enough that it makes a very refreshing cup. Perhaps most importantly: it was roasted like 3 or 4 days before it got to my house, which is always the case with brewtus, not so much with other roasters. All around very nice, would (and often do) recommend any of Brewtus' coffees to anyone who likes high quality coffee!
