New equipment order

Well when I received the item in a timely manner I was quite pleased. When I viewed the carton it was somewhat damaged so I thought at first was going to be a damaged item inside but it wasn’t thankfully. Once I set up the item and after some adjustments it was just as it was advertised. So far so good. Thanks you for your follow up.

Solidly built, wish I'd bought this one to begin with rather than the cheaper one. If you have hips and plan on using this on the couch or in bed, be sure to get this one!
