Quality is NOT CONSISTENT!

This is by far my favorite product from the Butter Bar, but it is not consistent from order to order. The consistency that I am used to with this product is “oily” as it is an oil cleanser (it should not provide suds, nor did I ever expect it to). However, with my most recent order (and a couple of orders before my last order), the consistency of the product was more like thin soapy runny water. The product had no substance AT ALL and was soapy with a minimal detection of oil. I don’t even want a refund. I just want the product to be consistent from order to order and not be a disappointing surprise and waste of money. This product - when formulated correctly- is FANTASTIC and works wonders on my skin! Please do better. Please have better quality control. And please honor the beautiful founder of this company by being consistent with your products.
