Really helped me wind down for bedtime, and I have noticed having more deep sleep with this. Taste is also great, good for the cooler nights!

I decided to try this for a change from the Berry Sleep Tea. It’s absolutely delicious & I found I slept much more deeply. Only downside was I had really bizarre dreams every single night which doesn’t happen with the Sleep tea. Still enjoyed it a lot though
