I painted my gorgeous brown hutch! It took nerve! The brown was too near the color of the walls! So backed my ears and went to painting!! I combined Charm School and Chinese Red, that wasn't easy. Used a huge old plastic pitcher, stirred and stirred. Finally had the brush (after another order of paint) and went to town. I love it! The contrast with the wall is great. My dishes.... some old majolica - greens, yellows, blues, pinks and my dinner ware brown transferware, blue transferware. I would love to show it off with pictures, but do not know how to download them.
