Lovely wrap for sleeveless dresses

Haven’t started yet ( in the middle of another project) but this is for my daughter. I love the image on the model and know it will be lovely on either har or myself. Thank you for sharing the design.

Not sure what to do next

I did the set up row and have no idea where to go next. If I follow the chart there are 5 stitches before the 1st marker. But I have only 3 stitches on mine. Poor directions.
