Brass is not consistent color on all the parts and much less brass then pictures. Since it was already installed by the electrician, Customer Service wouldn’t do anything to rectify. Costs to correct on a $265 light is on customer. Definitely make sure everything is to your liking before installed. I didn’t think to pull each part out of the box and inspect. A friend just purchased a schoolhouse light on Lowe’s and it was less money and the brass was nicer. I wanted to support a smaller company but little to no customer service. Will have to make do.
